1. The service

Penra is an AI cold-email tool that researches prospects, drafts outreach emails, and drafts replies. These terms govern your use of penra.ai and the service. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per legal entity unless otherwise agreed.

3. Billing and refunds

Plans are billed monthly (or annually at the published discount) in advance via Stripe. Quotas reset each billing cycle; overage is billed at the published per-unit rate. All paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from first purchase. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no abuse of infrastructure, no attempts to probe or disrupt the service, no automated scraping of the service itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with pro-rated refund where suspension is not caused by your breach.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Sending rules

You must comply with applicable email-marketing law in your recipients' jurisdictions, including the CAN-SPAM Act (US), CASL (Canada), PECR (UK), and the GDPR/ePrivacy rules (EU). In particular you must: (a) use truthful sender identity and subject lines; (b) include a working unsubscribe mechanism and your physical mailing address (Penra inserts these automatically — do not remove them); (c) honor opt-outs promptly. You may not use Penra to send unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content. We may suspend accounts whose sending patterns endanger deliverability infrastructure or violate this section.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of [STATE] unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
