1. Who we are

Penra (penra.ai) is an AI cold-email tool that researches prospects, drafts outreach emails, and drafts replies, operated by ZYGOTE AI INC ("we", "us").

2. Data we collect

Account and contact data: name, work email address, company, and billing details when you sign up or submit a form on this site. Service data: content you provide to operate the service (lists, campaign settings, connected mailbox metadata). Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used for security and product improvement.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the service, to respond to your requests, to send transactional and (with your consent or as permitted by law) product communications, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Processors we rely on

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payments — we never store card numbers), email and infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the service. Each processes data under its own safeguards and our instructions.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data at any time via the contact below. EU/UK residents: our legal bases are contract performance and legitimate interest; you may object to processing or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

6. Cold-email-specific practices

Penra sends email on your behalf, from your own email account. You control every campaign. We maintain a permanent suppression list: recipients who unsubscribe, complain, or bounce are excluded from all future sends across your account. Every email sent through Penra includes an unsubscribe mechanism and your physical mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

Prospect data you upload or generate (names, business email addresses, company research) is processed solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your prospect lists with other customers or third parties.
